The KIT-Department of Civil Engineering, Geo and Environmental Sciences (BGU) offers a variety of study programs in Civil Engineering and Geosciences. Due to their strong relation to the environment, some of them can also be assigned to Environmental Sciences. The study programs are organized by the groups Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences, Spatial Sciences and Geodesy and Geoinformatics.

Furthermore, our KIT-Department is involved to a considerable extent in the teacher training programs in Natural Science and Technology (B.Ed./M.Ed.) and Engineering Education (B.Sc./M.Sc.).
