How to find the Studierendenservice - the student service desk

The signposting in and around building 10.11. can be confusing and often gets moved or removed. So here's a map how to get to the Studierendenservice - the student service desk for your KIT card and other services.
If you look at the online KIT - Campusplan  you'll see building 10.11 as
10.11 on the official campus plan​
 
But for a better orientation you need to know where the students' service desk is, for example to collect your KIT student card:
